Weekly Event - Every Saturday: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (ET)
The days of spending nine months in front of the TV, eating ice cream, while waiting for baby to arrive are long gone. Today's mothers-to-be know that exercising during pregnancy will strengthen the muscles used during labor and delivery, help improve their current fitness level, and prepare you to handle the demanding world of motherhood. This class combines strength training and cardiovascular exercises for a total body workout. The class starts with a low impact aerobic warm up and ends with a stretching/cool down/meditation period. The class also allows the participants to form bonds with other mothers-to-be.
This is a 6-week session.
